Brest Implant
We prefer, whenever possible, a periareolar approach to undermine a pocket between the pectoralis muscle and the mammary gland, in a clean and avascular plane.
A silicone gel filled implant is then placed inside the pocket, giving the best cosmetic result.
A wide range of implants are available to personalize the cosmetic result.
The patient is advised to bring a new size bra to wear immediately after surgery.
The procedure is performed in day surgery, under local anaesthetic and general sedation.
There is no need for stitches removal.
